VISA Purchase Alerts
To give you an extra layer of protection, Peake Federal Credit Union has partnered with VISA USA to offer you purchase alerts.
Here's how it works.
To receive VISA Purchase Alerts, cardholders can sign up on www.visa.com.
Once enrolled, cardholders can establish specific alert triggers. Anytime a qualified VISA transaction takes place that meets the cardholder’s defined parameters, he or she receives an alert within seconds through email and/or SMS text messages. Purchase Alert triggers can include:
- Individual transaction amount threshold
- International transactions
- Card-absent transactions, such as telephone or online orders
